We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy bookkeeper to handle day-to-day accounting tasks for our restoration and construction business.
This is an in-office position based in Nampa. You will work closely with ownership and support the operations team by keeping financial records accurate, current, and organized.
This role requires a high level of integrity, discretion, and consistency, as you will be working with sensitive financial information and company funds.

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Records:
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
- Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Keep financials current and organized.
Accounts Payable / Receivable:
- Enter and track vendor bills and subcontractor invoices.
- Assist with accounts receivable tracking and updates.
- Maintain accurate aging reports.
Payroll & Time Tracking:
- Prepare and submit payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Review time tracking for accuracy before submission.
- Track employee PTO and provide regular, accurate reporting to ownership.
Financial Discipline & Process:
- Follow company payment terms and approval processes.
- Do not release payments outside of approved terms or without authorization.
- Maintain consistency and discipline around financial workflows.
Reporting & Organization:
- Prepare financial reports for ownership.
- Keep job costing and expense tracking up to date.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong QuickBooks experience required.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Preferred (not required):
- Experience in construction or restoration accounting.

Position Details:
